Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund – If the service has not been provided.
  • Partial Refund – If a service has been partially delivered, the refund amount will be determined based on incurred costs and work completed.
  • No Refund – If the service has been fully rendered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Timeframe for Requesting a Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days if the service has not been provided.
  • All refund requests are reviewed within one business day.
  • The actual refund processing time depends on the payment method used and is governed by Canadian law.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, the client must provide:

  • Proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, or contract reference).
  • A clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
  • Alternatively, clients may choose to receive a credit balance (deposit) that can be applied toward future services.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Services that have already been fully completed are not eligible for a refund.

  • We aim to resolve refund-related disputes through amicable negotiations.
