Pause-shiatsu ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") offers a variety of professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Media Relations
  • Crisis Management
  • Digital PR
  • Brand Development
  • Event PR
  • Training & Workshops

Some of these services are available online, while others may be delivered in person, depending on individual agreements.

1. Service Terms and Agreements

  • The timeframe for service execution is determined individually and specified in the contract.
  • All services are governed by customized agreements that outline specific deliverables, obligations, and terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • A minimum prepayment of 50% is required before service commencement.
  • The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed-upon schedule, detailed in the contract.
  • Payment methods, deadlines, and terms are outlined in the individual contract.

3. Cancellation and Modifications

  • Clients may cancel a service before it begins and request a refund, as per our Refund Policy.
  • Partial refunds for services already in progress may be available, depending on work completed and costs incurred.
  • We reserve the right to modify service timelines or content if unforeseen circumstances arise, with prompt client notification.

4. Liability and Warranties

  • Pause-shiatsu ensures that all services are provided as described in the contract.
  • We do not guarantee specific financial, reputational, or business outcomes for the client.
  • The Company is responsible only for the correct execution of services and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • Any disputes arising from our services shall be governed by the laws of Canada.
  • Both parties agree to attempt pre-litigation negotiations to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal action.
